I’m Michelle, a city girl at heart living in Delafield, Wisconsin (right in between Milwaukee and Madison). I believe in experiences over material things, authenticity, nature as nourishment for the soul, aesthetically pleasing everything and that travel is life! When I’m not working, I’m either meeting up with my girlfriends for cocktails, making myself get my cardio in for the day or snuggled up on the couch with my husband and two kids watching a movie or House Hunters International!
I’ve had a camera in my hand for most of my life. I've always been drawn towards capturing a special moment or the connection between people who love each other deeply. Photos, to me, are memories. They are how you are able to recall the tiniest detail of your wedding day that seemed to go by in the blink of an eye, the silly "scrunchy" smile of your two year old child and what it really felt like to snuggle with your newborn during his first week of life. More than anything, I want the images that I take for you to evoke feeling and emotion.
My goal is to tell your story through images and document your life as it is at this exact moment in time. Natural light plays a big part in my timeless and natural style. I pay attention to the smallest of details, since they often tell the biggest parts of the story! I love preserving memories and making sure that my clients have fun and feel comfortable in front of me and my camera. If you need help with what to wear, how to prepare or anything else, I'm here to help and make it as easy as possible!
My work has been featured in Wisconsin Bride Magazine and many online publications as well! I am available for travel and welcome US and International shoots.
Go on more adventures. Treat people kindly. Live. Love. Grow.
Life is a journey. It should be captured and celebrated just as it is. Not tomorrow. Not later. But, now.
I guide clients into natural poses and provide prompts that help achieve authentic and candid moments.
My goal is to help my clients to have fun and feel comfortable enough to be themselves in front of the camera.
